Description : Assignment Details

· Coverage Duration: 12 months

· FTE Need:

o Client is open to two providers alternating weeks, but strongly prefers one consistent provider

· Interviews:

o Virtual interviews with the service line leadership and OR

o Excellent opportunity to address procedural scope, call expectations, and workflow questions

· Support Staff:

o APP support provided

 Schedule

· Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

· Call Structure: Shared with the other provider

o On site or off site: TBD

o How often is the provider called in after hours? TBD

o Most common reasons for call- TBD

Credentialing/Enrollment
