Cardiothoracic Surgery Locum Opportunity in Indiana

Health System is looking for a Locum Cardiothoracic Surgeon! To start in Dec 2025!

Dates of Coverage:  Dec 22 - Jan 5. Potential for ongoing sporadic coverage.

Reason for Coverage: Cover provider during PTO 

Practice Setting: Hospital based 

Average Number of Cases Per Day:  2 hearts/week & 2-3 lungs/week = 5-6 procedures/week

Annual ER Volume: 45K/year

Number of Operating Rooms:  16 rooms 

Documentation System/EMR:   EPIC

Description of Ancillary Staff:  CT-NP, CT-PA, CT rounding nurse

Patient Age Demographic: Adult & Geriatric

Estimated Credentialing Timeframe:  30 days

Facility will reimburse for the following costs:  Flight, Hotel and Rental Car

Submission Requirements

• Board Certification or Board Eligible - [REQUIRED]
• Active IN License at the time of submission - [REQUIRED] 
• Active IN DEA/CSR at time of submission - [REQUIRED] 
• Conversion Fee of 25k - [REQUIRED] 
• 24-hr call must include minimum of 4 hours gratis - [REQUIRED] 
• Available for ALL open dates listed - [REQUIRED]
