Hospital is seeking a FULL TIME Locum Electrophysiologist to cover their need! 

Schedule

• Mon-Fri (8a-5p)
• NO CALL
• Full time candidates needed, please! 

Details

• Patient Population: 50 Adult 50 Geriatric
• % Outpatient vs Inpatient: 60/40
• Average # of Patients Per Day: 5 IP hospital 15-20 clinic
• Trauma Level Designation: OP
• Required Duties, Procedures, Skills, etc: Ablations, ICD, Pacemaker, Cardioversions, TEE's
• EMR/Documentation: EPIC

Credentialing: 

• Estimated timeframe: 2 weeks

Submission Requirements

• Board Certification: Cardiology - [REQUIRED]
• License:  active IN, IMLC or new license candidates - [REQUIRED]
• Fellowship Requirements: Cardiology/EP - [REQUIRED]
• Any work experience required? Yes 5+ years - [REQUIRED]
• Malpractice History:  Willing to look at providers with minimal malpractice settlements on case by case basis
