Urology Locum Opportunity in Illinois

We have opened a General Urology Locum Physician need with facility to work located in Peoria, IL. 

REQUIREMENTS: Board Certified in Urology.  If confirmed, locum provider must agree to the following requirements:  provide locum firm with vaccination records, negative drug screening, and complete physical within 90 days of start date (per Health Attestation Form). 

LICENSE RESTRICTION: BC or BE in Urology. We are only considering candidates that are ALREADY ACTIVELY licensed in Illinois.  Please DO NOT apply that do not meet these licensing requirements; they will be rejected immediately.

SCHEDULE: Monday thru Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, NO call required and no nights or weekends. Clinic schedule only without call.  Can work two weeks on and two weeks off or a variation to average 20 hours per week annually.

• BC in Urology, MD or DO 
• IL License Active – Required
• BLS Certification - Required
• Availability per request - Required
• Clean and easy-to-credential candidates – Highly Preferred
