REQUIREMENTS:  

 Board Certified/Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology; MD or DO.

 Schedule consists of Monday-Friday, 8a-4:30p weekly (may need to stay until 5p sometimes to do chart rounds).  Potential call, but not regularly scheduled and would be limited dates if needed.

LICENSING RESTRICTION:  Already active IL license and active IL DEA/CSR

BC/BE in Radiation Oncology - Required

Active IL License – Required

Active IL DEA/CSR - Required 

Availability per request - Required

Two references per Stratum process – Required

Clean and easy-to-credential candidates – Highly Preferred
