ENT/Otolaryngology Locum Opportunity in Illinois

We have opened an Otolaryngology (ENT) locum physician need for Medical Center in Normal, IL. 

REQUIREMENTS: Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery.  If confirmed, locum provider must agree to the following requirements:  provide locum firm with vaccination records, negative drug screening, and complete physical within 90 days of start date (per Health Attestation Form).

SCHEDULE:  Monday through Friday, clinic or OR depending on day. Call is currently one full week each month (Monday-Sunday).  There is overnight call during that week.

Locum must be able to attend an onsite orientation on a weekday prior to first assignment (typically set for 8:30a-5p), which would include administrative paperwork and EPIC Training.

?LICENSING RESTRICTION:  Already active Illinois license. Providers with IMLC are not being accepted at this time.

• Orientation Rate (weekday prior to first assignment, typically 8:30a-5p)
• Daily Rate for M-F Clinic 8a-5p
• Weekday Call Rate
• Call Back/OT rate    
• Charting time after hours cannot be billed extra and needs to be part of the base rates provided.

Submission Requirements

• BC/BE in Otolaryngology 
• IL License Active – Required
• BLS Certification - Required
• Availability per request - Required
• References per Stratum process – Required
• Clean and easy-to-credential candidates – Highly Preferred
