Hospital is looking for a Critical Care Physician to cover the below dates. Ongoing coverage as needed.
- Inpatient ICU rounding/admitting; occasional pulmonary consult
- Setting: Adults, Trauma
- Level II Trauma
- Number of patients per day: 25 on ICU list, average 5 admits per night
- Support Staff: APP's that support the ICU physicians, though they already have a formal Supervising Physician
- Locum would be involved in covering/supervising Family Medicine residents occasionally
- EMR: Epic
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days.

- June 15-21 Nampa ICU nights 7PM-7AM
- July 6-12 Boise ICU nights 7PM-7AM
- July 13-19 Boise ICU nights 7PM-7AM
- July 20-26 Nampa ICU nights 7PM-7AM
- July 27-Aug 2 Nampa ICU days 7AM-7PM
- Aug 3-9 Boise ICU days 7AM-7PM
- Aug 10-16 Nampa ICU nights 7PM-7AM
- Aug 17-23 Nampa ICU nights 7PM-7AM
- Aug 24-30 Boise ICU

- MD diploma
- Internship/residency/fellowship certs

- Current and previous certificates of insurance
- Driver’s license

- CMEs for the past 2 years
- Immunization records including TB, Flu, HepB, Tdap, Varicella, and COVID

Submission Requirements
- Board Certified in Critical Care - [REQUIRED]
- Fellowship in Critical Care - [REQUIRED]
- ACLS, DEA, CSR - [REQUIRED]
- Comfortable performing required procedures listed in job description- [REQUIRED]
- License: active Idaho license or active IMLC (with proof of LOQ) - [REQUIRED]
- Must have proof of COVID-19 Vaccine - Required - Verbal Confirmation needed at time of name clear
