We are seeking a Board Certified Cardiologist for an ongoing assignment in Idaho. This position offers a well-structured clinical environment where the physician focuses on specialty consultations while hospitalists handle the primary admissions, significantly reducing administrative burden.
??Clinical Details & Workflow
- Schedule: 10-hour clinical shifts (Regular clinic hours) plus night call.
- Format: Mon–Mon (7-day blocks preferred).
- Inpatient Support: You will be paired with an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) who is on-site Monday through Monday to assist with rounds, daily burdens, and documentation.
- Scope: Consulting service only; Hospitalists manage most admissions.
- Call Profile: Physician carries the pager for night call and handles any necessary in-person callbacks.
- EMR: Epic.
Requirements
- Certification: Board Certified (BC) in Cardiovascular Disease.
- Licensure: Active Idaho (ID) Medical License or IMLC (Compact) eligibility.
- Life Support: Active ABLS, ACLS, and BLS certifications.
- Timeline: 90-day credentialing process.
