Outpatient General Cardiology in Pocatello, ID

EMR: EPIC

Number of patients: 16-18 patients Both New and Follow up.

Hours: Mon to Thursday: 8-12 , lunch break, 1-5 - 8hrs/day. Friday AM clinic 8-12pm.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, 2 weeks/month Duration

Start date: May 6th. Credentialing time is 60-90 days.

Rates: $350.0/hr, 8 hr day. OT 400.0/hr
