Pulmonology (Critical Care) Locum Opportunity in Iowa

Medical Center is looking for a Locum Pulmonary Critical Care physician to fill their need!

Schedule:

• 7a-7p (in-house) + 7p-7a (off-site call)

Dates Needed Coverage:

• 8/18 - 8/25 
• Ongoing sporadic dates (as-needed basis. These are the only open dates we have at this time)

Details:

• Client can provide emergency privileges
• Average Number of ICU Patients Per Day: 13
• Total Number of Beds: 200
• Number of ICU Beds: 12
• Required to Supervise other Providers: APP supervision. Oversight is minimal as nurse practitioners are able to practice independently.
• EMR: Cerner
• Credentialing timeline: Emergency/Temp Privs
• Only ICU patients are being seen per day

Submission Requirements

• Board Certified in Pulmonary Critical Care - REQUIRED
• Active IA License - REQUIRED for expedited Privs
• Must be able to cover 8/18 - 8/25 - REQUIRED, No Exceptions
• ACLS, DEA, CSR - REQUIRED 
• COVID vaccine - REQUIRED, note at time of name clear
