Practice Overview:
- Stroke Volume: ~1,000 stroke patients annually
- Thrombectomy Volume: ~165 procedures annually
- Setting: Hospital-based, stroke-focused care
- Coverage Type: Emergency stroke intervention and thrombectomy call
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide 24-hour on-call coverage for thrombectomy cases
- Perform emergent thrombectomy procedures for acute ischemic stroke patients
- Respond to stroke alerts and urgent callback cases
- Collaborate with neurology and IR teams for coordinated stroke care
- Perform image-guided vascular procedures as appropriate
- Manage inpatient neurovascular cases requiring intervention
- Ensure timely and high-quality stroke intervention care

- Mechanical thrombectomy for stroke patients

- Acute stroke response and management
- Neurovascular emergency procedures
Submission Requirements

- Fellowship Trained in Interventional Radiology (IR) OR Interventional Neuroradiology/Neurology (INR) – [REQUIRED]

- Active IA License OR active IMLC with LOQ proof at time of Name Clear - [REQUIRED]
- Must list how many Shift Per Month your candidate can cover – [REQUIRED]
