- Job Description: Evaluate/monitor patient care before and during surgery.
- Outreach: No
- Telehealth: No
- Number of Physicians: 6
- Number of Advanced Practice Providers: 2
- Number of Exam rooms: 13 OR rooms
- Medical Imaging: No
- Lab & Pharmacy: No
- Clinic Provider Daily Volume: 30-50 cases for whole department per day
- EMR: EPIC
Services offered in the practice:
- General Anesthesia with OB (includes TOLAC) and healthy peds.
- No hearts or neurosurgery.
- Conscious Sedation is required.
Submission Requirements
