Anesthesiology Locum Opportunity in Iowa

Schedule/Availability Requirements:

Availability: ASAP, July and ongoing

Schedule - needed weekly: 

• Friday: 5p - 7a (site willing to use provider for day shift on Friday, if provider is available to start earlier)
• Saturday: 7a - 7a
• Sunday: 7a - 7a

Setting: Hospital setting performing 3,600 IP/OP surgeries per year. 

Duties: Independent Cases

FTE: 1.0

Required Procedures: Ortho, Labor & Delivery, Spine, GI, Gynecology, Urology, Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, bariatric bypass, minimal vascular cases

EMR: EPIC

Support Staff: Anesthesia providers, CRNA, Anesthesia Tech

Reason for Coverage: Staffing Shortage

Credentialing Information:

Timeframe: Within 60 days

Requirements: Iowa License Preferred (will consider provider with IMLC or willing to obtain IA license)

Credentialing with other facilities? No (unless provider is willing to also cover at Immanuel in Omaha, NE)

Billing enrollment - Is this position providing services in lieu of an existing enrolled provider for a period of 60 days or less?
