We are seeking high-performance, Board-Certified Radiologists for ongoing remote and onsite opportunities. This role is built for productive providers who thrive in a structured, volume-based environment and are looking for a long-term, stable contract.
Submission Requirements (Strict Compliance)
?To be considered, every submission must include:
- Modality Checklist: Completed and attached.
- Read Capabilities: Clearly list which requested reads (Gen Dx, Neuro, MSK, CT, NucMed) the provider is proficient in.
- Shift Interest: Specify which shifts (listed below) the provider is requesting.
- Licensing Status: Detail current licenses vs. states the provider is willing to license for via IMLC.
- Commitment: Providers must commit to a minimum of 40 hours per month.
Schedule & Shift Options
- Full Shifts: 6a–2p | 8a–4p | 4p–12a (Monday–Sunday)
- Swing/Evening: 5p–10p (Monday–Friday)
- Weekend Blocks: 12p–8p (Saturday & Sunday)
- Overnight: 12a–8a (Monday–Sunday)
- Note: Morning, evening, and weekend shifts must be able to read Code/Stroke.
Performance & Productivity Standards
- Shift Expectation: Average 70+ wRVUs per shift.
- Monitoring: Productivity is monitored daily. If standards are not met, a 15-day notice of cancellation is issued. Contracts may be reinstated if performance improves during the 15-day period.
- Pay Structure: Base pay plus an additional per-wRVU incentive (No OT offered).
- Holiday Rate: Additional $125/hr.
Credentialing & Licensing
- Timeframe: Accelerated (30 days or less).
- Multi-Facility Rule: All providers must be credentialed at a minimum of two facilities.
- IMLC: Client is willing to license candidates via IMLC.
- Planning: Providers must maintain 3 months' worth of shifts on the schedule at all times.
Candidate Requirements
- Certification: Board Certified (BC) Required.
- Licensure: Active state license required (FL/NC/OH/MN/WA/WI etc., depending on site).
- Acuity: Must be comfortable with a fast-paced, high-volume workload.
