Schedule/Availability Requirements:
- All shifts end the following morning at 7a.
- Dec 7
- Jan-Mar dates will be presented once Dec 7th is filled. Details:
- 24 hour call - 7a-7a
- 5-7 days per month, ongoing into 2025.
- Setting: Inpatient
- Level 1 Trauma
- Required Procedures/Job duties: Scoping, ERCP, EUS, Endoscopy, GI Bleed, Evaluation of GI problems.
- EMR: EPIC
- Support Staff: None
- Reason for coverage: Gaps in coverage and locum requiring breaks June/July/Aug 2025.
- Timeframe: 60-90 day standard, Emergency privs 1-2 weeks with clean file.
- Credentialing with other facilities? Yes
- Requirements: Self inquiry NPDB report must be provided and CO license or Active IMLC to release preapplication.
- Requirements: Preapp and full app must be submitted within right away for urgent dates needed to allow for AD account creation with EMR.

Submission Requirements
- Board Certified Gastroenterology - [REQUIRED]
- Active CO License or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission) - [REQUIRED]
- Active DEA - [REQUIRED] Required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked.)
- Candidates must be available for Dec dates to be considered for ongoing dates - [REQUIRED]
- Candidates must be able to perform ERCP to be considered and are required to note in presentation - [REQUIRED]
- Candidates must acknowledge they understand the requirement to stay at a preferred hotel from the preferred lodging in job description - [REQUIRED]
- Must acknowledge candidate understands the EMR training requirements set forth in job description and will complete in this order to avoid missing their start date - [REQUIRED]
- Local/drive-in candidates - [HIGHLY PREFERRED] , will place providers who are local as a Tier 1 provider.
- Gastroenterology Fellowship - [REQUIRED]
- Clean Malpractice/background - [REQUIRED] - Candidates with self inquiry NPDB report will be placed with priority over those that dont present with it.
