Description :

LOCUM- UROLOGY ACTIVE FLURO IS REQUIRED, we will verify online prior to submitting bids to the site. Please attach a copy if necessary. We will look at providers willing to obtain the Fluro or with the temp fluro. Please ensure the bid reflects: 

We will need coverage in the clinic and help with call coverage. -M-Thurs (8-5 days/times may vary) - Friday (730-1700 days/times may vary) Call will be 7-10 days per month including weekend, dates will vary.

 If they are on taking call on a week they are in clinic, the shifts will be set up as regular hours during the day (M-F) and then night call each weekday night. Then 24hr call on the weekends. 2026 Dates: June 16th-23rd July 1st-8th August 18th -25th October 2nd-5th December 21-24th Please note that the privileging timeline will not begin until the RFA and application are turned back in. - Privileging Timeline: 90 days (average) - RFA due within 48-72 hours (request for application); - Hospital Privilege Application due within 5 business days - If temporary privilege is applicable, eligibility can only be confirmed after completed file (application and all verifications received) are sent to MSO - Deviation from this timeline may result in the provider being cancelled from the site. - o All specialties require 2 years of current Hospital clinical activity in the specialty. o Gaps greater than 3 months must be explained. o Include current number of case logs upon presentation for surgical specialties. Active CA license is required. Provider must be BC or truly BE.
