Pediatric Hospitalist Locum Opportunity in California

LOCUM- Pediatric Hospitalist 

NRP REQUIRED

PLEASE ENSURE TO READ ALL REQUIRED PROCEDURES MARKED. 

Looking for 1 provider to coverage for 4-7 shifts per month. 

24 hour shifts, 8am -8am, in-house coverage. 

-Responsibilities include: attendance and high risk deliveries, neonatal resuscitation, well baby rounding,  NICU coverage at night, ED consults.  Pediatric admissions on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that the privileging timeline will not begin until the RFA and application are turned back in. Typical turn around for RFA is 48-72 hours.

• Typical privileging timeline is 90 days 
• Once the file is completed, we can look at temporary privilege eligibility. 
• All HBS specialties require 2 years of current Hospital clinical activity in the specialty.
• Gaps greater than 3 months must be explained.
• Include current number of case logs upon presentation for surgical specialties.
