Schedule - 7 Shifts Per Month (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Coverage Type - Clinic Only (Inpatient ICU Coverage)
EMR - Epic
Compensation & Shift Structure
- Guaranteed Hours: 12 hours per day.
- Overtime (OT): No OT expected. If applicable, OT only begins after 12 hours.
Mandatory Provider Qualifications
- Licensure: Active California (CA) License and CA DEA (must be in hand).
- Board Status: Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) within 3–5 years of residency.
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS.
- Clinical Activity: Must show 2 years of current Hospital clinical activity in Critical Care.
- Work History: Any employment gaps greater than 3 months must be explained.
?Credentialing & Privileging (90-Day Timeline)
The facility has a very specific "clock" for their 90-day process:
- RFA : Must be turned back within 48–72 hours of receipt.
- Application: Must be submitted within 5 days.
- Clinical Logs: Though this is Pulm/CC, the facility requests case logs be included upon presentation to verify the 2-year clinical activity requirement.
Temporary Privileges: Eligibility is only reviewed once the full credentialing file is complete.
