Schedule & Specific Dates

Coverage is needed for the following 24-hour blocks (6:00 AM – 6:00 AM):

• July: July 13th (AM) – July 20th (AM)
• August: August 3rd (AM) – August 10th (AM)
• Note: Additional dates are expected later in the year.

Call Logistics

• Type: Beeper Call.
• Onsite Requirement: Not required to remain onsite unless called in for clinical necessity.

Requirements & Qualifications

• License: Active California (CA) License & DEA Required.
• Certification: Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) within 3–5 years of residency.
• Specialty Cert: Fluoroscopy (FLURO) Certificate is required (active or temporary).
• EMR: Epic

Privileging & Clinical Criteria

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days.

• Clinical Activity: Requires 2 years of current hospital clinical activity in Neurosurgery.
• Documentation: * Updated CV including all hospital affiliations.
• Current case logs must be included upon presentation.
• Any practice gaps greater than 3 months must be fully explained.
