Description :

DETAILS: We are looking for one provider to help cover the clinic (9am-4:30pm) for 3-5 days each week starting June 8th. Preferably we would like if they could cover full time but we are flexible to the days they would want to work as long as it is 3 days a week at least. There will be no call involved in this position. Day to day responsibilities will be mainly outpatient services. The MA will room the patient and then the provider will access patient. All charting is expected to be completed by EOD if possible. Providers will do follow up on test/lab results with patients. They should be comfortable working independently as there won't be any other providers there with them. 

- Guaranteed Hours: 8 hours per day - OT to apply after 9 hours per day Preference that provider is semi local to the area. 

REQUIREMENTS: Active CA license and CA DEA Board Certified or Board Eligible within 3-5 years of residency Provider will need to go through payor credentialing but will be able to start without this if needed and can bill under a modifier. No privileges will be needed for this position since it is all outpatient. Interviews will take place with the physician there now.
