We are seeking a Board-Certified (BC) or Board-Eligible (BE) Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician for a full-time, ongoing Locum Tenens opportunity starting in December 2025.

- Specialty: Internal Medicine (Will also consider Family Medicine (FM) only candidates).
- Start Date: December 15, 2025
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Clinic
- Call Requirement: No Call
- Patient Population: A mix of Pediatrics and Adults.
- Scope of Practice: Includes general Internal Medicine/Family Medicine, with some Chronic Pain Management.
Schedule and Volume
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Patient Volume: 18 PPD (Patients Per Day) minimum.
Candidate Requirements & Logistics
- Certification/Degree: MD or DO. Must be BC or BE (BE considered if residency completion was 5 years ago or less).
- DEA: An Active DEA is required before the start date.
- Chart Closure: Must ensure chart closure within 72 hours.
- Credentialing: Takes 30-90 days (6 weeks is common with timely submission).
- Hiring Decision: Typically made within 7-14 days of submission.

Required Immunizations (Needed for Credentialing)
The following up-to-date immunizations/titers are mandatory before the start date:
- 2022-2023 Flu Vaccine
- TB Status/X-Ray Results (must be within 90 days of the start date)
- Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series
- Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series
- Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series
- Tdap Immunization (must be within the last 10 years)
