Assignment Overview
We are seeking a Board Eligible Physician (IM or FM) for an ongoing outpatient opportunity in California. This role features a standard weekday schedule and involves a mix of adult and pediatric patient care.
??Schedule & Productivity
- Start Date: ASAP (Pending 45–60 day credentialing)
- Shift Details: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Patient Volume: 18 patients per day (PPD) minimum.
- Administrative: Chart closure is required within 72 hours.
- Notice Period: 30-day mutual notice for ending the assignment.
Clinical Requirements
- Scope: General primary care for adults and pediatrics.
- Specialty Focus: Includes some Chronic Pain Management.
- EMR: Proficiency in Epic is required.
Qualifications
- Certification: Truly Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency). MD or DO accepted.
- Licensure: Active California (CA) license and Active DEA required prior to start.
- Life Support: Active BLS certification.
- CV Requirements: Work history and education must include specific months/years with all gaps explained.
Onboarding & Immunizations
Credentialing typically takes 45–60 days. The following are strictly required for hospital privileges:
- TB Status: Results must be within 90 days of the start date.
- Titers: Positive titers or complete series for MMR, Hep B, and Varicella.
- Vaccines: Flu Vaccine and Tdap (within the last 10 years).
