CRNA COVERAGE DATES: July 20-24. Potential for ongoing coverage *WE CAN ONLY LOOK AT PROVIDERS WITH CLEAN FILES* If you present at provider with malpractice or an NPDB that is not clear, we will not name clear the candidate and decline.
