General Cardiology Locum Opportunity in California

Hospital is looking for 24 hour ER cardiology call coverage!

Dates of coverage: 

• December 27-Jan 1
• Jan 26-28

Schedule: 24 call 6a-6a

-EMR: Cerner 

-Reason for Coverage: ER Call

-Setting: Inpatient

-Duties: Consult patient in ED and inpatients, collaborate with Hospitalists and Specialists, Supervise Stress Tests (Pharmacological /Exercise), Interpret OP and INPT Echocardiology, Holter, Event Monitors 

-Optional /Ideal Procedures: Ideal Candidate can perform TEE ; optional - Transvenous pacing, tilt table interpretation

Credentialing Information:

Timeframe: ~30 days, can be expedited

Credentialing with other facilities? No

Submission Requirements

• Board Certified Internal Medicine or Cardiology or BE within 5 years – [REQUIRED]
• CA license – [REQUIRED]
• Other Certifications – DEA [REQUIRED] during credentialing
• Availability at time of name clear –[REQUIRED] looking for specific dates of coverage only
• Clean malpractice background – [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
