We are seeking a Board Eligible Interventional Cardiologist for urgent summer call blocks in Eureka, California. This is an inpatient, call-only position with a high-yield procedural focus. The facility requires a provider with an active California license and an immaculate background to utilize their quick 30-day credentialing pathway.

- July 14 (7 AM) – July 24 (7 PM) * July 30 – August 4
- August 11 – August 24
- August 29 – September 1
- Note: The facility requests a minimum commitment of 7–10 shifts per month.
Clinical Details & Case Mix
- Format: 24-Hour Beeper Call (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM).
- Workload Split: 75% Interventional / 25% Non-Invasive acute care.
- Responsibilities: Manage emergency department STEMI call, inpatient cardiology consults, and related cardiac interventions.
- EMR: Epic.
Requirements
- Licensure: Active California (CA) Medical License and a valid Active CA Fluoroscopy Supervisor License are mandatory.
- Certification: Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) within 3–5 years of residency.
- Life Support: Active ACLS and BLS certifications.
- Background Check: Strictly Clean Files Only. The facility cannot issue temporary privileges if there are any active or past background/malpractice flags.
