Schedule & Work Structure:
- Bi-weekly Commitment:
- Work 2 days every other week
- Daily Work Hours:
- 8 hours per day
Clinical Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care in a clinic setting for 1 day per cycle
- Clinic coverage may be split between two locations:
- Goodyear
- Surprise
- Flexibility to perform vein procedures during clinic day, if needed
Procedural Responsibilities:
- Perform procedures for 1 full day in an Office-Based Lab (OBL)
