Clinical Scope & Procedures

This position supports a busy program with an estimated annual volume of 5.124 cases. Onsite IR + general read needed for 7 days a week 8a-5p MST. Call shifts rotated with current IR practice

• Core Procedures: Biopsies, Drain Placements, Nephrostomy, Gastrostomy, Embolization, IVC Filters, Fistulagram w/ declot, Biliary and Venous interventions.
• Call Detail: Call shifts and holidays are rotated with the current IR practice.
• General Skills: Proficiency in General Fluoro is a major plus, as the IR On-Call also covers Fluoro Call during the Day shift and On-Call.
• Productivity: Minimum expectation of 61 RVUs per shift.
• Tech Stack: PowerScribe 1.

Provider Qualifications

• Education: Fellowship-trained in Interventional Radiology.
• Board Status: Board Certified (BC) with ABR Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology certification.
• Licensure: Active Arizona (AZ) Medical License.

• Window: 180 Days (6 Months).
• Urgency: Given today is March 24, we are exactly at the 6-month mark for a September 1 start. Submissions are needed immediately to ensure the provider clears the 180-day window.
