Candidate Requirements

• Certification: Board Certified (BC) in Anesthesiology with Pediatric Fellowship training or significant documented pediatric experience.
• Licensure: Active Arizona (AZ) Medical License.
• Life Support: Active PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) is required.
• Efficiency: Must be proficient with Epic for preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative documentation.
