Patient Population/Age: adult

Department Description: Cath Lab will be hospital consults 3-4 per day, plus EP cases 4-6 a day depending on case length.

EMR: Cerner

Hospital Bed size: 268

Special Procedures: cardiac electrophysiology; specifically, heart rhythm disturbances, Ablations - must show 100 EP cases in last 2 years in case logs with emphasis on ablations

Must be comfortable doing moderate sedation on their own

Technology - Abbott Ensite-X Mapping system (must be comfortable using), must do TEEs and moderate sedation

Board Certification: BC or BE required

License Required: AZ Licensed. Ok to license

DEA: AZ registered

CSR: not required

Certifications Required: ACLS

Minimum Experience Required: 1 year
