Credentialing Timeline: ~30–60 Days

Coverage Type: 24-Hour Beeper Call Only
Response Expectation: 2-Hour call-back window
Immediate Shift Dates Needed:
October: Oct 26 (12:00 PM) – Oct 29 (5:00 AM)
November: Nov 23 (5:00 AM) – Nov 25 (5:00 AM)
Ongoing Potential: Additional shift dates possible past November

Facility Support & Resources

Anesthesia Support: 24-Hour CRNA coverage on-site
Diagnostic Support: 24-Hour Laboratory and Imaging services available

Qualifications & Requirements

Licensure: Active Wisconsin State Medical License
Certifications: Active BLS, ACLS, and ATLS certifications
