Qualifications & Mandatory Requirements
- Board Status: Board Certified (BC) in Neurological Surgery required
- Licensure: Active Washington State Medical License or active IMLC (Compact) license + Active DEA
- Certifications: Active Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
