Hematology Oncology Locums position in Issaquah, WA - $500 hourly

Description:

Hematology Oncology Full-Time Locums position in Issaquah, WA where Outpatient coverage possible, minimal call may be needed. Here are some of the details:  

Schedule- ***Looking for one full time provider, not interested in doing a patchwork schedule with multiple locum providers due to the need for continuity of care and the long term nature of this assignment. ***

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday:7:30a-5:00p

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: 

• Board Certification in Hem/Onc: REQUIRED
• Active WA license only: REQUIRED
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS: REQUIRED

Practice Description: 

• Hematology: 30%
• Oncology: 70%
• Support staff: Physician: 3, Mid-levels: 2
• Each MD has 1 RN and 1 MA shared scheduling and ambulatory infusion team. 
• Support Services: Dietitian, social workers, genetic, counseling, psychiatry.
• Number of exam rooms: 13
• Patients scheduled per shift: 14-18
• Consults per day: 2
• Radiation Oncologists on staff
• Required Procedures: Management of VAD/CV catheter’s
• Preferred Procedures: Chemotherapy Intrathecal, administration of chemo
• EMR: Epic
