Facility is looking for temporary Non-Invasive Cardiologist coverage!

Coverage type: Call + Clinic

SCHEDULE : 

• M-F, 8 hour days (generally, 8:30-5)
• Dates of Coverage: 12/1/24-2/1/25 (tentative)

JOB DESCRIPTION : 

• Practice Setting: Inpatient/Call/Outpatient/Clinic
• Reason for Coverage: Cover FMLA
• Call Ratio: 1:5 (shared w/4 Nurse Practitioners)
• Average Number of Clinic Patients Per Day: 14
• Average Number of Inpatient Admissions Per Physician Per Day:  Varies
• Number of Cardiologists Physician in Group: 1
• Other Cardiologists will be Present During Locum's Coverage
• Staff Members: 4 Nurse Practitioners
• Patient Age Demographic: Adult/Geriatric
• Documentation System/EMR: EPIC 

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS : 

• Board Certified/Board Eligible - Required 
• Active VA license & DEA - Required, no exceptions - will NOT accept those willing to obtain
• AHF Fellowship(LVAD experience) - Required
