• License: Pennsylvania (PA)
• Certification: Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery.
• Credentialing: Accelerated 10-day window.
• Education: MD/DO from an accredited medical school; completed an accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency.

Clinical Experience Requirements

To be eligible for privileges, the provider must meet one of the following criteria:

• Active Practice: Performed at least 100 general orthopedic procedures within the past 12 months, reflective of the requested scope.
• Recent Graduate: Demonstrated successful completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited residency or clinical fellowship within the past 12 months.
