Emergency Medicine Locums Position in Farrell, PA -$300 hourly

Description:

Emergency Medicine Locum position in Farrell, PA where Emergency Room coverage at 3 sister facilities is needed. Here are some of the details: 

Start Date: August 1, 2024- Ongoing

Coverage needed: :***Need 2-3 providers, for up to 10 shifts each month.***

-24/7 overage shifts at all campuses:

• 6a-6p 
• 6p-6a
• 12p-7p 
• 2p-2a

Submission Requirements

• Emergency Medicine Board Certified - REQUIRED
• Active PA License only  - REQUIRED
• 3 years experience: REQUIRED
• DEA: REQUIRED
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS & ATLS - REQUIRED (This is a requirement for physicians working in the ED who is board certified in another specialty.)
• OB Skills: REQUIRED
• Clean Background - Highly Preferred 

Practice Description: 

• Provider will not work solo
• APP onsite: Site 1:  11a-11p SIte 2:  11a-11p Site 3: Mon-Fri: 10a-10p and 2p-2a, Sat-Sun: 2p-2a only 
• Having some OB skills is required, even if they have OB in house
• Adult %: 90%
• PEDS %: 10%
• Admissions required
• Schedule Days for Clinic/Hospital: 7 days a week
• Number of patients seen per day:Site 1: 83 SIte 2: 55 Site 3: 34
• Average number of Admissions per shift: 3 per day
• No trauma designation
• EMR: Cerner
