Cardiothoracic Surgery Locum Opportunity in Pennsylvania

Schedule: 

• Friday 12pm-Monday 7am
• 24 hour call

Work Details:

• Support Staff: APP
• Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 3 weekends per month
• Average callback per day including rounding: 2-4 hours
• Patient Population/Age: 18+
• EMR: EPIC
• Hospital Bed size: 163 beds
• Special Procedures: no TAVRs
• Department Description: urgent surgery, from cath lab to surgery, if stable they will wait until Monday, patients go from ICU to home. Surgeon is there for backup after consult

Practice Setting: 

• Hospital

Requirements:

• Board Certification: must be BC or BE in Cardiac Surgery
• License Required: PA 
• DEA: required 
• Minimum Experience Required: 1 year
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days, temps avail with clean file
