Hospital is looking for a FULL-TIME Neurologist ASAP-ongoing through 2027!
Provider MUST be available full-time and open to a year long commitment.
Ideal candidate will work every week of every month with one trip home per month covered by client
Client is willing to review a candidate who can only work 3 weeks per month if they are stellar and if we have one physician who only wants to work 1 week per month every month.
- Schedule: Monday-Thurs (8a-4:30p); Friday (7:30a-4p); no weekends, no call
- Practice setting: Office/outpatient clinic
- General Neuro only
- NOTE: Botox procedures are NOT available for locum physicians to perform (could be a deal-breaker for some folks)
- Percentage of adult patients: 100%
- Percentage of outpatient patients: 100%
- Average number of patients/day: 14
- Other Neurologists will be present during Locum's assignment
- 12 Physician's and 4 APP's in group
- Office staff: 2 MA, 2 front desk
- Documentation system: EPIC
- Trauma Level/designation: not designated
Credentialing timeframe 90 days - MUST have paperwork in to expedite, can request temps with a clean file.
Submission Requirements
ALL MUST BE NOTATED AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR:
- OH license - Required; not accepting IMLC or new license candidates
- Board Certified (not accepting Truly BE) - Required
- Clean background - Required, no exceptions
- Covid Vaccine - Required at time of name clear
- Availability - must be full-time, Monday-Thurs (8a-4:30p); Friday (7:30a-4p); no weekends, no call - Required, no exceptions
