Description

Hospital is looking for a locum Neurology NP/PA in Lima, Ohio!

Open dates:

As soon as credentialed; 2-10 shifts/month depending on availability
Job Details:
Patient demographics: 100% Adult
Setting: Hospital - 100% Inpatient; 10% Trauma
Average number of Hospital-based Patients Per Locum Per day: 10-15
1 Physician onsite at a given time; 3 total in group
2 APPs in Group
Lab and X-ray facilities on site
EMR: Epic Carepath
Willing to accept: Locum; Locum to Perm; & Perm
Level II Trauma Designation
Number of operating rooms: 10

Required Duties/Procedures:

Radiologic Exam Interpretation (Unofficial)

Code stroke response team

Estimated credentialing timeframe: ~30-60 days; pending license and background

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Board certified PA or NP - REQUIRED

OH License - Highly preferred, willing to accept providers needing to obtain license

BLS & ACLS Certified - REQUIRED

ENLS - Highly preferred
