Submission Requirements: ***Must meet ALL Submission Requirements in order to submit.***
- EM boarded through ABEM and FM boarded through ABFM if they have extensive ED experience ONLY- REQUIRED
- Relevant ER experience: REQUIRED
- Active NC license ONLY- REQUIRED
- Active ACLS, BLS, PALS- REQUIRED
- Active DEA with NC address-REQUIRED
- Medicaid/Medicare credentialed and enrolled in PECOS.- REQUIRED
- Clean Malpractice-REQUIRED
- Must be readily available for expedited credentialing- REQUIRED
- Provide specific availability to shifts above: REQUIRED
- New providers MUST have an additional date of availability for 4-hour, in-person orientation. Orientation will take place during routine business hours (Mon-Fri 8-5).-REQUIRED
Practice Description:
- Solo coverage
- Avg. Daily Census: 15-20 patients per day, 2 to 3 new patients per day
- Patient Age Group: 18 + Up
- Expedited credentialing
- Open ICU
- 1 physician with 2 mid-level split coverage.
- Doctors will be housed in hospital owned APTS.
- Average daily census is 90-100
- Annual census ~30,000
- Number of beds: 22
- EMR/Charting Software: EPIC
- Trauma level 5
