???Clinical Scope & Operations

• Coverage Model: Standard solo ER coverage with 2 mid-level providers (APPs) providing split coverage
• Hospital Setting: Open ICU
• Patient Volume:
• Facility Annual Volume: 32,000 patients
• Facility Daily Volume: 90–100 patients total
• Physician Expectation: ~18–20 patients per 12-hour shift

Mandatory Requirements & Credentials

• Board Certification: Board Certified (BC)
• Licensure: Active North Carolina (NC) license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
• Regulatory / Enrollment Requirements: Must be actively credentialed in NC Medicaid AND registered in PECOS
• EMR System: MEDITECH 6.1
• Credentialing Timeline: 14 Days (Fast-Track / Expedited Credentialing)
