??Position Highlights & Requirements

We are seeking a Board Eligible Urologist to provide 19–20 days of monthly call coverage in Minnesota starting January 2027. This position is open to dedicated locum candidates as well as those interested in a Locum-to-Perm transition.

• Licensure: Active Minnesota (MN) State Medical License or active IMLC required.
• Certifications: Board Eligible (BE) in Urology, active ACLS, and BLS.
• EHR System: EPIC.
• Practice Setup: Join a collaborative group of 3 Board Certified Urologists supported by an experienced, friendly clinical team.
• Clinical Support: A dedicated Urology Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) handles morning hospital rounding and works alongside the call coverage physician.

Clinical Scope & Volume

• Call Structure: 24-hour call coverage including acute emergency room consults, urgent operative interventions, and inpatient call support.
• Volume Expectations: Variable daily call volume, with Mondays typically seeing higher patient and consult numbers following the weekend.
