CRNA Locum Opportunity in Minnesota

Detail Specification

• Specialty Nurse Anesthesia (CRNA)
• Practice Setting Surgical Suite / Outpatient / Inpatient (Clinic Only)
• Start Date December 7, 2026
• End Date Ongoing
• Schedule / Shift Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (8-hour shift with 30-minute unpaid lunch)
• Coverage Type Daytime shifts only; No call requirement
• Commitment Full-time availability (5 days per week ongoing)
• Credentialing Timeline 45–120 Days
• State Licensure Active (or eligible to obtain) Minnesota (MN) APRN / CRNA license
• Board Certification NBCRNA Certified (or recent graduate awaiting initial certification)
• Life Support / Certifications CPR, BLS, and ACLS
• EMR System Epic

Clinical Scope & Key Responsibilities

• Provide intraoperative and procedural anesthesia services across assigned daily surgical slates.
• Manage induction, maintenance, emergence, and immediate post-anesthesia recovery for surgical patients.
• Work collaboratively within an established anesthesia care team setting.
• Utilize Epic for perioperative anesthesia record documentation and order entry.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nurse anesthesia (Master’s or Doctoral degree level).
• Board Certification: Active NBCRNA certification, or new graduate from an accredited program awaiting initial board examination.
• Licensure: Unrestricted Minnesota Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (CRNA) license, or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Certifications: Current BLS/CPR and ACLS credentials.
