Urgent Coverage – September 8–11

• The facility urgently needs coverage for September 8–11.
• Providers who can perform device implantations will be considered.
• No additional coverage or call responsibilities will be required for these dates.

Ongoing Coverage – October Onward

• Coverage requirement: 2 weeks per month.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday.
• Call: No call coverage required.
