Urology Locum Opportunity in Michigan

Schedule & Rotation

• Shift Pattern: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation (Dates are flexible)
• Weekly Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Daily Breakdown: Typically 4 clinic days and 1 operative (OR) day per week
• Call Requirement: None (Strictly clinic and scheduled OR cases)

?Facility Setup & Equipment

• Dedicated, fully prepared outpatient clinic space
• Robotics: Da Vinci Xi Surgical System on-site in the OR

Requirements & Qualifications

• Licensure & Registrations:
• Active Michigan (MI) Medical License or IMLC Compact License
• Active Michigan Controlled Substance License (CDS)
• Active Michigan DEA Registration
• Board Certification:
• Board Certified (BC) preferred, or Board Eligible (BE) via the American Board of Urology (ABU) or American Osteopathic Board of Surgery (AOBS)
• Education & Training: Successful completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited residency/fellowship (or equivalent foreign training) in Urology
• Life Support Certification: ACLS
• Case Log / Procedural Volume:
• Minimum of 50 urological procedures within the past 12 months reflective of the requested privilege scope, OR
• Successful completion of an accredited residency/fellowship within the past 12 months
