Neurological Surgery Locum Opportunity in Michigan

Facility is in need of a Neurosurgeon to cover 24-hour call plus rounding and admits. This need is hospital based and the physician will be on 24-hour call. **Provider MUST perform both spinal and cranial***

Current Open blocks:

• 10/2/2026 8am - 8am 10/6/2026
• 10/29/2026 8am - 8am 11/6/2026

• Imaging, lab, procedure rooms, OR all on site. 1 Neurosurgeon, 1 Ortho-spinal surgeon and Neurosurgery APPs will be in the clinic.
• Emergent call, Emergent surgeries and inpatient rounding daily
• Board certified providers only please, no BE.
• Providers can plan to see 5-10 inpatients per day.
• EMR - Cerner

Submission Requirements

All must be notated at time of name clear

• Rates and specific availability MUST be submitted at time of name clear - will not be sent over without - [REQUIRED], no exceptions
• Board Certified, no BE - [REQUIRED]
• ACLS - [REQUIRED]
• Active MI license (will accepting IMLC if provider has a 100% clean background) - [REQUIRED] no exceptions
• Clean background with no actions (minimum malpractice is OK) - [REQUIRED]
• All candidates should have prior experience (completed Fellowship with minimum of 2-3 years of experience)- [REQUIRED] no exceptions 
• Provider MUST perform both spinal and cranial - [REQUIRED]
• Copy of the NPDB, self-query (Should be pulled within a month) - [REQUIRED]
