Imaging, lab, procedure rooms, OR all on site. 1 Neurosurgeon, 1 Ortho-spinal surgeon and Neurosurgery APPs will be in clinic.

Board certified providers only please, no BE.

Providers can plan to see 5 inpatients per day.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• Board Certified, no BE - Required
• ACLS - Required
• Active MI license (not accepting IMLC) - Required no exceptions
• Clean background with no actions (minimum malpractice is OK) - Required 
• All candidates should have prior experience (completed Fellowship with minimum of 2-3 years of experience)- Required no exceptions 
• Provider MUST perform both spinal and cranial - Required
• COVID Vaccine - Required

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• ACLS
• Board Certified
• PALS
