Need is for January/early February
Seeking a 24-40 hour a week position for a psychiatrist in the Department of Mental Health forensic unit. This is a 30 bed unit.
The position may be 24 hours a week and shared with two other MDs or 40 hours a week shared with 1 MD.
Patients on this unit require weekly progress notes and presence at the treatment team meetings for the individual clients.
This is a daytime position although on call will be required via telehealth in the evenings approximately 2 weeks out of the month and will be paid separately.
Average number of calls in the evenings are 0-2.
