Description

SCHEDULE:

Coverage needed upon credentialing and payer enrollment for the following dates–
3/18/24-4/14/24, 5/13/24-5/19/24, 6/10/24-6/23/24.
Shifts are 24/7 for weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays.
Locum must be able to attend an onsite orientation on a weekday prior to first assignment which would include administrative paperwork and EPIC Training.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS :

Board Certified in Gastroenterology - Required
Active IL License – Required
Availability per request - Required
Clean and easy-to-credential candidates – Highly Preferred
PROOF OF COVID VACCINE IS REQUIRED TO WORK AT THE FACILITY - Required

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

ACLS (AHA)
Board Certified
PALS (AHA)
