Description

Schedule:

M-F 8a-4:30p daily, one-two weeks per month. Weekend call schedule is F-M 4:30p-8a and schedule is TBD as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology and in Nuclear Cardiology, BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA). The provider must be able to perform TEEs.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

BC or truly BE in Interventional Cardiology, MD or DO
IL License Active (active IL DEA/CS, too) – Required
BLS (AHA) Certification - Required
ACLS (AHA) Certification - Required
Availability per request - Required
Clean and easy-to-credential candidates – Highly Preferred
PROOF OF COVID VACCINE IS REQUIRED TO WORK AT THE FACILITY - Required
