Hematology Oncology Full time Locums position in Longmont, CO- $475 hourly 

Hematology Oncology Locums position in Longmont, CO where Inpatient and No call coverage is needed. Here are some of the details:  

Schedule: One full time provider to fill the need.

• Day - Monday-Thursday: 8a-4:30p

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: 

• Board Certified in Medical Oncology - REQUIRED
• Active CO license - REQUIRED or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission)
• Active BLS, DEA - REQUIRED
• Local/drive-in candidates only - REQUIRED
• Candidate must be comfortable and willing to see Hematology patients - REQUIRED - (Must note at name clear)
• Must state # of shifts per month provider can offer to the site - REQUIRED
• Clean Malpractice/background - REQUIRED

Practice Description: 

• Required Procedures/Job Duties:
• treatment of hematologic diagnosis and medical oncology diagnoses in our cancer center. Physician will be responsible for clinic coverage and chemotherapy supervision 4 days per week. As a new clinic, this role is also responsible for building/growing this subspecialty practice.

Compensation for this opportunity is highly competitive at $475 hourly
